The Zooteen program is designed for teens ages 13-17 years old that have an exceptional interest in animals and wildlife conservation. The Montgomery Zoo's Education Department is looking for teens want to donate their time to the community, gain experience working with animals and the public, can work the required hours per month, and are available to work the required two weeks of summer camp.

Note: All Zooteen applicants must complete and submit both the Zooteen application and Teacher reference digital documents.

Once we have received your completed Zooteen application, you will be notified to schedule an interview time. Interviews are generally held the Saturday prior to training class. Upon acceptance into the program, there will be a one-time fee of $55 to cover the cost of your uniform shirt and training manual.
