Membership Information and Rates

Individual Plus One Membership: $80-$120

Unlimited daytime admission for one specific adult member and one guest or choose two specific adult members and NO guest.

Zoo/Museum only - $80

Zoo/Museum with annual train ride pass - $120

Membership admission: In order to use your Montgomery Zoo membership to gain entry to the Zoo/Museum for regular daytime admission (and qualified nighttime events, like Christmas Lights Festival), the specified, adult members listed on the membership must have their Montgomery Zoo-issued membership card along with a valid government-issued photo identification. If you have lost, misplaced, do not have, or have not received your membership cards, you must provide a valid government-issued photo identification to use your membership to gain entry to the Zoo/Museum for regular daytime admission (and qualified nighttime events, like Christmas Lights Festival). No exceptions. If you have lost your membership card, please call (334) 625-4905 for a replacement card. Fees may apply.

Guest Passes: Guest passes are NOT intended to be used for admission to any special event; including nighttime events. No one will be able to use a GUEST PASS for admission to any special or nighttime event; only the people listed on the membership will be provided admission. Guest passes must be present for admission (one guest pass per entry). Entry/admission will not be allowed without the guest pass (one guest pass per entry) being present.

Family Membership: $100-$140

Unlimited daytime admission for two specific adult members of the same household and dependent children (meaning children you are legally responsible for) 18 years old and younger, up to six (6) children).

Zoo/Museum only - $100

Zoo/Museum with annual train ride pass - $140

NOTE: Additional children, exceeding six (6): $5 each.

Membership admission: In order to use your Montgomery Zoo membership to gain entry to the Zoo/Museum for regular daytime admission (and qualified nighttime events, like Christmas Lights Festival), the specified, adult members listed on the membership must have their Montgomery Zoo-issued membership card along with a valid government-issued photo identification. Unlimited daytime admission for two specific adult members of the same household and grandchildren 18 years old and younger, up to eight (8) children).

Guest Passes

Guest passes: $45 per pass

Additional children and guest pass(es) may only be added to your membership after you have become a member.

Upper-level and Donor Memberships

Upper-level memberships include all the amenities included in the Basic Membership packages in addition to all the items listed below, depending on the membership level selected.

Chimpanzee Club: $250

Four (4) guest passes each visit, valid for daytime use to Zoo/Museum
Unlimited train rides
Annual brunch with zoo officials for two (2) guests
Unlimited admission to the Zoo and Museum for two (2) adults of the same household and children or grandchildren (18 years old and younger) that are listed on the membership
FREE admission to Christmas Lights Festival for two (2) adults and children listed on membership only

Upper-level and donor tax information

The Federal government and IRS allows donors the opportunity to write-off a percentage of a donor membership as a charitable donation. They are as follows:

Chimpanzee Club: $175 as a charitable donation
Zebra Club: $225 as a charitable donation
Giraffe Club: $390 as a charitable donation
Presidents Club: $785 as a charitable donation
